The cast took to the stage at the 30th Screen Actors Guild Awards and stormed Netflix once again, just like their AMC show did. Breaking Bad cast reunite at 2024 SAG Awards
Cranston and Aaron Paul were joined on stage alongside Bob Odenkirk, R.J. Mitte, Anna Gunn, Jonathan Banks, Dean Norris, and Betsy Brandt to present the prestigious award at the Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall in Los Angeles.
The speech started off as a normal speech, as Gunn began by saying, “Ensemble – the E stands for the excellence that each cast member brings to every exciting episode.”
Then, it was onto Bob Odenkirk, who had the letter N. However, he jokingly went off script as he wasn’t having any of it. “And the letter N… N stands for no, no f****** way I’m going to do this cheesy thing where you say each letter of the word. I’m not doing it.”
They then continued the jokes back and forward, until the end, where Brandt questioned: “Listen, you guys – I don’t mean to start T for trouble, but what do you think SAG would do to us if we didn’t do this?”
Banks, who plays hitman and fixer, Mike Ehrmantraut in the hit series then exclaimed: “They can’t fire us, so f*** ’em,” before Cranston went out to read the nominees, as the award went to Succession.

Although fans were overjoyed at the reunion of their favorite TV cast, they were wondering where Giancarlo Esposito, who iconic character who played Gustavo Fring was.
Apparently, it wasn’t just the fans who were questioning his absence, as Banks could be heard asking about his co-star’s whereabouts while Bryan started to name the nominees.
“If they had Giancarlo Esposito this would’ve been perfect ngl,” tweeted one fan.
A second joked: “This literally has to be the only thing Giancarlo Esposito has turned down in years.”
No word on where the actor was just yet, but we’re sure he’ll have major FOMO when he turns on the TV.
